Your non-embroidered items shipped by First Class Mail will arrive at your door in 6 business days or less depending on your location. (U.S. only)

Rush Embroidery items ship tomorrow (Excludes Saturday & Sunday and Holidays)
Example: If you place your Rush Embroidery order on Friday it will ship on Monday. Rush Orders must be placed before 5pm Eastern to ship the next business day
Standard Ground Packages are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail or First Class Mail and will arrive at your door in 2 to 6 Business days after shipping. Overnight and 2nd Day Packages are shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your package is shipped from our facility.

Orders placed after 5pm Eastern Time will not be received until the following business day.
Example:
1) If you place your order at 6:15 pm eastern on Monday it will not ship until Wednesday.

Please remember if you order an embroidered item today shipped FedEx Overnight you will not receive it tomorrow, because of the embroidery process it
will ship Overnight in 2 to 3 business days (Mon - Fri) after the order is placed.
